We are Vilijam and Tabita Valentini, a missionary couple from Serbia. In 2013, God called us to serve with Child Evangelism Fellowship and to move to another part of our country to bring the Gospel to children.
Europe once sent missionaries around the world and now needs them itself. Since 2020, the world has changed rapidly and shifted to digital in a very short period. Children have moved from playgrounds and the streets to screens. And this is our reality.
Europe is the most post-Christian continent on earth. A child in Europe is more likely to learn about God from an algorithm than from a Sunday school.
DIGITAL EVANGELISM AND DISCIPLESHIP
Vilijam leads CEF Europe’s digital ministry and platforms like Wondersurf, Unite, and BCC Online. He equips local teams in more than 40 countries and 38 languages to help children hear the good news in their language and grow in their faith. A single platform can now make a great impact in a single week—in Albanian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Serbian, all at the same time.
The internet has become a mission field and we want to use it for the Gospel.
LOCAL MINISTRY
Tabita serves as General Secretary of Dečija Misija, Child Evangelism Fellowship in Serbia. After a season at home raising our daughters, she is stepping back to lead Good News Clubs in our own community, teach children the Bible face to face, and equip local teachers to reach the children of their own towns and cities.
Behind every number is a name, and behind every name is a soul that Jesus died for.

The mission we share
CEF exists to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God, and root them in a local, Bible-believing church. We meet children where they already are: in parks, churches, in homes, and increasingly in the digital spaces where this generation now lives.
The window to shape a child’s understanding of Jesus is open today. We do not believe it will stay open forever.
Why this, why now?
Someone is. The screen and culture never stop teaching. If we will not reach this generation, the algorithm gladly will. We refuse to surrender these children to it.
